The challenge

Towing is won in seconds. whoever answers first gets the job. NightHawk was missing after-hours calls and losing urgent work to bigger fleets.

What we built

Google Ads aimed at emergency searches with call-only campaigns, plus an automated response system that texts back every missed call in under 12 seconds with live location booking.

The result

Calls grew from about 70 a month to 180, and the missed-call text-back answers in under 30 seconds. The 3am calls that used to go to voicemail now go to dispatch.
